The Love Pod Cacao is a dietary product intended for personal consumption. It is not a medical product and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition.
Individual responses to cacao may vary. If you have sensitivities to caffeine or theobromine, consume with caution.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a heart condition, or are taking medication (especially antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, or blood pressure medication), consult with a healthcare professional before consuming cacao.
2. Allergen & Sensitivity Notice
Our cacao is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly; however, it is processed in facilities that may handle nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. If you have severe allergies, please exercise caution and consult with a healthcare provider before consumption.
Due to the naturally occurring compounds in cacao, some individuals may experience mild digestive discomfort, sensitivity to stimulants, or sleep disturbances if consumed in excess.
3. Preparation & Safety Guidelines
Blender Use: Always follow your blender’s safety guidelines when blending hot liquids. Some blenders are not designed to handle heat, and improper use may result in pressure buildup, spills, or burns.
Thermomix or Magimix: Follow the manufacturer’s instructions when using these appliances for heating and blending. Do not exceed the recommended temperature or fill levels.
Always handle hot liquids with care and avoid leaving them unattended.
4. Shipping & Liability Disclaimer
We take great care in packaging and dispatching your order, but once your product leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any damage, melting, or transit delays.
Raw chocolate is sensitive to weather conditions. While we monitor extreme heat and may delay shipments where necessary, we do not guarantee that your product will arrive in its original condition due to factors beyond our control.
We strongly recommend shipping to a regularly attended address and opting out of “safe drop” options, especially if you live in a hot climate.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages. Customers are responsible for any reshipping fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Love Pod Cacao and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper preparation, handling, or consumption of our products.
By purchasing and using our product, you assume full responsibility for ensuring it is suitable for your dietary needs and prepared safely.
